A \u010dlov\u011bk si tu tak m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fj\u010dit a\u017e sedmdes\u00e1t procent odhadn\u00ed ceny on\u00e9 nemovitosti, a to na kr\u00e1tkou i dlouhou dobu a k jak\u00e9mukoliv \u00fa\u010delu.
